We use the DTS system and it is the worst system we have ever had in the US Government. I work for the Government, in the Systems section at Fort Stewart GA. People are getting paid double, once by DTS and then they file the same voucher manually and get paid again. The system is far too complicated for the average person to use. We hope DTS will be replaced with a more user friendly and less fraudulent accounting system.
