DHS should also unify the different systems and databases we currently have. Instead of requiring a dozen different passwords and sign on procedures to utilize the various databases inherited from Legacy INS and Customs, why not just have one password, to access everything? That in itself would go a long way towards improving morale and efficiency at this agency!
