Instead of wasting more billions of taxpayer dollars, why not just utilize what is already available to ICE, namely, its case management system? It's the one thing that works well at DHS, and can be readily adapted for use by the FBI, for a lot less money. Of course, that would require that the FBI acknowledge that another law enforcment agency has something valuable to offer. Oh well, looks like it's back to the drawing board, and good-bye to lots more of our money!
