Has anyone ever read such crap in all of their life? They said exactly nothing except "we are adding six more layers of bureacratic waste to the GSA". In one year, they who are responsible will have no idea what these six added offices are doing, and worse yet, they won't care. What a waste of taxpayer dollars.
