"McCain told the panel that an immigrant dies in the Arizona desert every day" It may sound cold, but I don't feel much sympathy for someone who dies in the commission of a crime.
Instead of working with Vicente Fox, who is so imcompetent in improving his country that his citizens flee here, we should worry about the plight of American citizens, whose tax dollars are used for the education, housing, health, and welfare of criminals who illegally enter this country.
Why do politicians think it's this country's duty to let anyone become a citizen who wants to? No other country in the world has such an open-door view. It will destroy us with higher crime rate, higher unemployment, lower supply of housing, higher taxes, and low wages.

"McCain told the panel that an immigrant dies in the Arizona desert every day and that makes immigration the leading issue. . ."
A child dies in Africa every few seconds John, wouldn't that make Africian aid the leading issue?
