Sounds similar to a BRAC commission for government operations! Silly me, I thought we elected the President to do this! What is the purpose of the President's cabinet? Does this mean we can get rid of the multiple layers of SES positions that represent political appointees? That would make it worthwhile. I though all money bills began in the House of Representatives but it seems King George wants his own commisssion to recommend stopping agencies and programs initiated by Congress. he has a line item veto, why doesn't he use it? Could be the people (remember them) would not re-elect someone that eliminated programs their elected representatives initiated.
This administration and his party are the most unamerican thing in many many years! Outsource them all to the private sector where he failed over and over.
