Identity left is more than fraudulent shopping...it represents a national security breach because any number of terrorists would pay darly to get real information on federal employees to access various facilities. All agencies as part of their scorecard need to increase IT security for this reason. This is an F.

What do we do with these thieves? Well if they are hackers then we pursue them and put them in jail. First offense is 5 years. Second offense is 20 years. Maybe they will decide legal computer use is a better idea. We can't allow these people to continue to steal our SSN and other important information without some recourse of action. The use of a gun is not enough to convince me the crook is a crook even if she/he uses a computer same crime and it should be the same time spent in jail. How about three strikes also?
