    So they don't like the bill, but have to get it out of the House... And they don't like the $1.5 Billion in military pensions transfered to Treasury... And they don't like the Postal Service "competing" with private industry... But they HAVE to get it out of the House...

    OK, fine. Postal rates will go up eventually anyway. But they'll get it out of the House...
