I like these contractors that cheat the government (that would be us taxpayers) and get away with it. If you don't pay you go to jail. If they don't pay nothing happens or the GAO slaps them on the wrist and tells them to play fair.
Boy, am I impressed with this administration, they are looking out for the taxpayers. NOT
