    I found this article interesting. I've recently been placed in charge of my receptionist area.

    My organization has over 500 people and the receptionst receives appx. 4000 calls per month (100) calls per day.

    I'm trying to find a website, formula or study that shows how many receptionist is needed to handle this volume
