"reducing the flow of illegal immigrants by offering them visas to work in the United States"
For the ignorant, these translates to MAKING ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS LEGAL! This does not change the immigration problem AT ALL! Oh, and I guess we'll use tax dollars to fund their civics courses. Why not, we already give illegals free education, and reduced (in state tuition) fees for higher education.
I'd like my taxes refunded please, if they are not used to AT LEAST FUND PROGRAMS FOR AMERICANS!!! I'm so sick of people (illegals, welfare moms and foreign aid) getting 'something for nothing' on my dime. I work hard (2 jobs) and live in a high housing cost area because of low housing supply. If illegal immigrants didn't take up so much of the housing, it would be less expensive. And the welfare moms who have a couple kids get a house free from Habitat for Humanity. I don't know why my parents brought me up with a work ethic. They should have brought me up as a lazy bum. I'd be better off.

In other words, nothing has changed. There's more to this than meets the eye. Should we "follow the money" to see where it leads? They don't seem to understand the meaning of ILLEGAL, and, when is our GUTLESS wonders (congress) going to get it through their thick skulls that the American people are tired of paying for Mexico's problems. The Minutemen have already embarassed our esteemed representatives by showing them how to patrol the border. It's time to vote the bums out, McCain being the first to go. Lets hope that it doesn't take another nine-one-one to get their attention.
