Um, where is the news here? It seems like GAO found trouble with the EPA website in 2000. Then, in December 2004, EPA management decided to take a little action. So, they set up committees, working groups, established principles, passed paper back and forth....zzzzzzzzz....
So, at best, after nearly 5 years, EPA is going through the motions of "change." Ladies and Gentlemen, your government at work!

Why does the EPA web site need to be secure? They now are spending millions of dollars (more taxes) to secure something that does not need security. I sure am glad GAO has intelligent people who consider the burden of their actions on us taxpayers. NOT!
