Return to Article: House spending panel slaps DHS for missed deadlines

I work for DHS, CBP and can't help but wonder who the senior managers are that didn't meet the deadlines and what repurcussions they experienced? All we hear is the shortage of funding for basic supplies, positions etc.. Now that we know why, when will we see some accountability? I've been with US Customs over 20 years and have never seen a senior manager held accountable for any of their many indiscretions. Contrary to logic; most are promoted !!
