This is nothing but a flagrant case of discrimination against her. Instead of the government firing the one who fired her, they are running her through the harrassment procedure. She will win. The good lord always makes sure the right one wins in the long run. Go for it girl.

It is interesting that the NPS selected someone who was brought into the U.S. Park Police by former Chief Chambers. She was his mentor at the Durham police department and she hired him along with another outsider to fill two deputy chief vacancies in May of 2002. His only experience with the U.S. Park Police was as her deputy chief.
