Chaves Consulting, Inc.'s Pacific Northwest Customer Center is a woman owned, small emerging business in search of new call center contracts. We currently handle the Oregon Health Plan billing and call center, as well as provide help desk support for several private business entities.
After reading about the GSA's call center program, I wondered if there was call center business we could compete for as well? Could you please point me in the right direction re: where to find it if it does exist?
