    Well, now this is just great...senior management in the Postal Service can't right a floundering ship, so they threaten double digit price increases. Nothing new about that, but wait...to fix things, the White House insists that we make them do a few reports and we give this same incompetent senior management more pay!!!! If this weren't so unbelieveable, I'd be laughing my butt off.
