Good notice. Who needs rights in the work place? It is more fun to be a door mat. When your employer kicks you, the "scab" will protect you and maybe give you a "free ride" to the hospital.

Can't wait to see the doom & gloomers' postings on this one!
The useless unions certainly don't want the rank and file to know that we don't have to pay dues, and management doesn't want the employee to know that we have the right to collective bargaining... I would just like to see a complete listing of employee rights posted with the same fanfare that the propaganda gets - and yes, that applies to both sides.
