Yes, it should be told what it really is. It is a witch hunt that that has put the fear into every young service person in today's military. David Chu is the most anti-military person associated with the Defense Deparment. This business with harrassment, etc., is right down his alley. There is a solution to the problem; simply have nothing to do with the opposite sex while in the military. Do what us old timers always did - go to town.

I fail to understand the difficulty of defining "sexual assault" It is what it is, the assault upon one human being by another human being in sexual terms, physical, verbal, insinuation, etc. It is strongly related to the need to exercise power. Now get on with dealing with it!
