The success of the Labor Department should be approached with some skepticism. This is the same Labor Department that has corrupted the federal employees' workers compensation program leaving four million federal employees working without a net. There can be little doubt that even Elaine Chao is aware that the DOL-OWCP has caused a lot of suffering in order to pad their cost savings reports.
Anyone can verify this just by searching the Internet. Try "injured federal worker" for a start and read about the incredible disregard being shown for due process and federal law. Will anyone really be suprised if the Labor Department appears to be on top of the world one minute and then, all of sudden, a number of DOL executives are indited by the Department of Justice for fraud?
It can't go on forever. Federal workers are wising up and the public loves to see corrupt officials get busted.
