    Well, no kidding you have trouble getting civilians to work in Iraq. Who wants to end up in an orange jumpsuit and starring in the latest Jihad snuff movie du jour? Obviously, there's not enough protection since many of these people get kidnapped in broad daylight. You'd have to be a little greedy (and nuts) to go there without orders these days.
