    Well-balanced article. I do have a gripe with what Mr. Chisik said at one point:

    "I think this is a travesty for the travel industry," Chisik said. "When the government makes change, there is a cost involved, and it looks like the cost in this is the disenfranchisement of literally the entire travel agent community."

    Not a correct use of the word "disenfranchisement." This word means to remove the right to vote or more loosely to deprive somebody their inherit rights of citizenship. This misuse of that word is a pet gripe of mine, and it's too bad to see it used by somebody in this position.
