In my opinion, for this administration delivery is secondary to dismantling the federal government and the best way is to just outsource all the projects. So Pearson gets to put an EEOC call center together to answer questions about federal sector discrimination law. I'm laughing so hard it hurts.
When the entire government is dismantled by this administration's long term project- maybe people will come to their senses and say- I remember when federal programs were run by a professional civil service and I miss those good old days. :-))))

It seems Pearson has had difficulty with starting up other large govt call centers (BCIS, Medicare). Why would the govt continue awarding contracts without ensuring they can deliver the needed services with a high level of customer satisfaction?

I just love this whole concept of outsourcing. After overcharging the TSA on HR Services and doing a really horrible job hiring ex-convicts to check baggage at the airports- now Pearson gets a nice big fat contract to help EEOC man its customer service centers. What Pearson knows about federal EEO can be put down on one piece of xerox paper.
And the outsourcing debacle in the federal gov't continues. At least with this latest contract Pearson won't be losing anymore OPFs.
:-)))))
