    And how is Activist Judges that over-rule laws enacted by Congress the fault of Newt Gingrich? Newt may be wrong in his advice, but the biggest problem we face in this nation is the un-elected activist judges setting policy, law and social mores REGARDLESS of what the polls say the will of the population is. At least with the crooks in Congress we have the opportunity to "vote the bums out!"

    This is the same man that put out a contract on America. Part of it said he wanted a "line item veto". Well, it passed and Bill Clinton used it. The next thing was a Supreme court ruling that it was unconstitutional.

    Does anyone really want this guy giving the government ideas?

    Mr. Gingrich said, "officials would need to mobilize every nursing home and long-term care facility as well as every veterinarian's office, "because all the downtown hospitals will be gone." Doesn't he realize those too would be gone?
