Wanna know how the Army can fund these in 2005? Cut all funding for that NASCAR team it sponsors, and that drag racing team it sponsors. The Recruiting Command has never been able to justify sponsoring those as effective recruiting tools. That would free up about $25 million!

The Army is in complete control of the Bush administration and he does not care one hoot about the soldiers he is giving these shots to. If they die just replace them, the man does not care. If Bush gets all the good credit then he gets the bad credit also.
