Ear marks should be public infornation and possibly need to be voted on by the public. We should know where the money is going. Eliminating corporate campaign contributions would be a good first step in eliminating pork spending.

Earmarks should be included with every bill prior to any call for a vote of yea/nea. If any legislator is ashamed of his/her earmark then it should not be attached as a hidden item. Everyone should know the name of the legislator that included the earmark.
