    Nasa screwed up! those astronauts lives were not important enough for those idiots at Nasa to repair damage done by falling insulation! did the astronauts know about thier impending re entry danger? did the Prsident KNOW about the danger of re entry? Nasa did not practice what they preached...Safety First!
