    Mr. Bush will never take the blame for anything. He will always blame Clinton, he doesn't know how to be honest. He will never tell us why he flew the Bin Laden family and friends out of the USA on 9/11, he has too much to lose. In his case the truth will not set him free but convict him.

    I agree that the blame for 9/11 does not fall squarely or solely on the current administration. However, when it come to cutting resources for our intelligence services (read outsourcing), no one pursues that goal more vigorously than Mr. Bush in association with his rich contractor cronies.

    The blame falls directly on this administration, as well it should. Blame can be aimed at anyone, but the fact is, it happened on Bush's watch and as anyone knows, the buck stops here!

    There has been enough evidence to show that both administrations should have known something was up. But I also would hold the CIA and FBI accountable due the lack of information sharing, agency egos, and poor decisions from the leaders.

    The blame does not rest upon the shoulders of the current administration, but upon those of the Clinton-Gore administration who continually cut resources for our intelligence services.
