    If she had been in the military as an enlisted man, she would have been court-martialed and kicked out of the military. It is a disgrace that the military personnel and the public continue to suffer this type of behavior from civilians who seem to get away with any thing they want and continue to rob the american people of trust integrity and most of all - fat pensions. She should have been sent to jail for 9 years, not 9 months. The judicial system is a joke.
