I ask the President, his advisors, and re-election committee, why is the President's approval rating falling? A-76!!! is part of the reason. The federal workforce, 1.9 million-plus, is getting the word out. Our President and congressional representatives will not be re-elected if they continue selling out the civilian workforce.

Last year, we bid for the A-76 Texas NCRS, Department of Agriculture contract. We bid bare bones but were beat by a contractor where we simply do now know how he can make a profit but this is his business and I say good luck to him. We also bid on some other A-76 Texas projects. The government won the others.
It costs resources in terms of money and time to submit bids. The bidder has to be reasonably sure that he can win a compeititon before he submits his bid. That is the purpose of a bid/no bid process. Knowing what we know now, we pass on any more A-76 competitions.
