I seem to remember a recent article from GovExec which reported about a federal employee that was disciplined for releasing to the public certain budget information. In this article it seems that Mr. Anderson may be crossing that same line when he discusses shortfalls in the fiscal 2005 budget. I wonder if he will receive the same treatment or disciplinary actions as the other employee?
