    Mr. Frasier, the partnership was between the FAA and Harris as the MEO. NAATS was simply along for the ride.

    This teaming effort by NAATS and Harris appears to muscle out the current crop of FAA employees who maintain the equipment used by Flight Service Station Specialists. By including the equipment in the effort to win the contract, NAATS will alienate the Airway Facilities Personnel who currently maintain Flight Service Station Equipment. I'm disappointed that Air Traffic has decided to pursue this avenue, but not surprised that once again, the FAA has turned on its own.
