Does anyone still believe the effects of outsourcing are not causing corruption, and cronyism, in the federal government?
The civil service was developed to stop the hemorrhage of tax dollars into the coffers of unscrupulous businessmen.
As the civil service is systematically decimated by this current administration, politicos will continue to pave the way for their rich friends (Halliburton, et al) to plunder and pillage US tax coffers.
