Why are we supporting weapons production outside the USA that eventually will be used against the USA? Hunter Duncan needs to stop this contract and force the purchase to be from a USA company located in the USA! I'll be back!

Let's not insult anybody's intelligence by suggesting this was competitively bid shall we? CPA and/or "Rum ditty Dum Dum" are gonna try to hide behind something like "It's Iraqi money so we don't have to play by the rules" or "It's a security issue" or maybe even the "Patriot Act". From their point of view, bottom line they're don't want to admit what they've pulled off. However from a reality check point of view, they don't have a choice.
US Government personnel and agencies were used to put this into contract. Now it's a matter of public record. Period.
Rep. Bradley, show up in Ruben Jeffery's with two of your staff. Request a congressional inquiry on the spot. Your personnel are to remain in place until a copy of the entire contract file and every scrap of information in it are copied. If anyone attempts to remove anything from the file, have them arrested immediately. Oh, you might want to check out the unit price involved here. Then compare it next to list price. I'd also highly reccomend you consider having a real contracting officer and their technical representative go over the numbers with you.
Then find out who Doug Kiesler is. I mean who he REALLY is and who his associates are. Ignore Mark Barnes, he's just smoke and mirrors.
Now follow the money. Just be prepared to deal with where it may lead you. Good hunting.
