    Bravo! Dan Guttman should take this to the American public. The problem is that most individuals don't understand government, don't understand the balance of power, don't understand the role of the civil servant. Government was never intended to be "fast" the authors of the constitution intended that government be slow. Why? To ensure that the actions taken were in the best interest of the public.
