Save my money - just slap a radio collar or bracelet on them when they enter and go get them out when their time is up. It is simple and not very costly. However, the government will find a way to make this expensive and ineffective.

I am glad to see a program being established that will have progressive safeguards built into it to help protect our nation. As I understand it, if you travel to Saudi Arabia, you MUST surrender your passport to them. I now hope that those who oppose this system will not have any influence prohibiting its establishment or diluting the safeguards.

In relation to Immigration clearances for non-US potential workers entering the USA, what additional requirements are federal contractors required to do before offering employment to a non-US individual? Does the airport/border clearance validate that the individual is not on any federal terrorist watch list, and that there is not a requirement for the employer to also scan the watch list?
