Interesting. A few years ago it was the Vice President of the United States that "invented" the Internet; now it's the U.S. government. I'm sure both of these revelations come as somewhat of a shock to the folks at the universities who created the system before anyone ever heard of a desktop computer.
Beginning an article with such an inaccuracy makes one question the reliablity of the rest of the article.
