I think that that weapons of mass destruction will never be removed entirely. In my point of view, the smaller nations or the terrorist groups in possesion of such weapons must first relinquish their weapons while the stronger nations still have their weapons of mass ddestruction. Unfortunately this task is almost impossible, and any force from the U.S urging terorist groups to do so will jus convince them that the U.S wants all the nukes.It looks like a stalemate in my opinnion, and unfortunately there is not enough trust to break the stalemate so that smaller countries such as North korea will see it safe to give up on their potential threat on other stronger nations. If one nation has weapons of mass destruction im sure their greed will cause them to become arrogant and selfish.
