I can only speak for the laundry here in St. Louis. The majority of the employees working at this facility are handicapped. They have hired the handicapped for years. It is a very good program and I can say from my personal experience, the supervisor is wonderful with working with these individuals to help them achieve their independence and self esteem, excuse me, I am getting off the subject a little. President Bush has stated that employers are to hire the handicapped (isn't it law). Does he mean everyone except the federal government?

This is the ridiculous nature of the VA. I say get rid of the general counsel and hire outside lawyers. Lawyers are the most destructive power in Washington DC.
