Is any information available re what registration, investigation and tracking other countries have or plan for non-citizen students? Comparison of SEVIS and INS requirements to those of other countries would be informative. I know Switzerland is attentive to visitors, whether working, studying or traveling. Perhaps they could be a model of efficiency for the United States?
