    The new managers will not sit down and talk with either NTEU or AFGE presidents in New York State. They are imposing work place changes with total disregard of either contract. Now they have started interchanging personnel not by skill but by cost. If an immigration officer is working on overtime they cut him and replace him with a customs inspector who is on regular time. Unfortunately they both don't have the same skills. Customs inspectors are experts in contraband detection and immigration inspectors are experts in documents and people.

    I am a Republican gone Democrat - this is the biggest waste of money the Federal government has ever undertaken. They don't even check the background of their own SESers because they are so concerned about taking care of their friends. DoD now wants the same thing. Congress wake up! The USA is now being run by George the third - Washington, Bush and Bush - and we are going back to big government but let's hide it through contractors and justify it with the terrorists. The two Bush's have had the CIA in their back pocket and depoend too much on this James Bondf organization that has no creditability.
