    Our colleges import foreigners get the tuition and then forget about them. The single point missed in all the discussion of aligns is that many are illegal. Remember "the largest proportion - at least 46 percent - were here illegally". Yes, we should have a systematic program to track foreigners and get rid of illegals. The Clinton administration and others have simply made the illegals, legal - so why shouldn't the illegals keep coming. Get the illegals out of the country! Better yet - don't let them into the country. Student visas should not be for a period longer than a semester and should have to be renewed every semester and the student should have to carry a full time student load of courses and pass them to renew the visa. Upon graduation they should be ousted to their home country and the USA should stop stealing other countries brains.
