This is typical of the government in preparing for anything. Agency's are given several months notice to prepare for audits, inspections, tests, visits, etc. These things are meant to see how or what the agency is doing, but they are meaningless. While working for 5 different agencies I would see the stupidity and hypocrisy of these actions. After notice of an impending whatever, management (at all levels), supervision, and employees (especially the military) would run around like chickens with their heads cut off; covering up, painting, taking sexual explicit material off lockers and out of shop areas, hiding illicit property, correcting, and in some instances telling employees exactly what to say and do or telling certain individuals not to come to work on specific days. I have seen first hand aircraft engine parts hidden in empty engine containers, closed and had other empty containers stacked on top of the "empty" containers so inspectors would not have them opened. This "test" is a farce and a waste of taxpayers money and is more for political reasons than anything else. The money being wasted on this "test" could be put to far greater use.
