    I feel that cuts should be made, starting with the (BDO) program, Behavior ditection Officerce are not contributing to TSA, the program is a waste of manpower and money. Other cuts could be made in the area of upper management, we have way too many assistant to the assistant to the assistant,if we eliminate half of the uper manegment with the big salary, then the other remaining half would actually have some work to keep them busy for an 8 hr work day.
