    Yes, it's about time. But not only should this be bid using a transparent method, UC should be fined and its people in charge, sanctioned, if not prosecuted.

    Many of the allegations in this article sound criminal. Why is UC exempt from federal laws?

    It is becoming more obvious that the leaders at all levels in California cannot run their own state properly. How can we consider anyone from UC or the state trustworthy? The majority of politicians hate the President. They are simply not credible.
