Interesting story... However, I'm not sure that there's a need for the organization at all. Except to protect management! And, from the statistics of 6% valid cases finding by EEOC, they are doing a great job for management. Thus, EEOC could be eliminated and discrimination in the work place would not be affected. I am a witness to EEOC's effectiveness in defending management.
