    I have taken some of the trainings offered by OPM and they are wonderful. I think that they should encourage management to take the same training. The course work provided by OPM is good and will enhance those employees that participate in this trainings. I have compiled my graduate education with the material learned. That has been a good step by OPM, in reference to the good operation of the human resources in the work office, but there is some more programs that should be implemented by OPM.
