Hello, I have been under pulsed microwave satellite surveillance for 5 1/2 years now by some organized crime police officers in Stearns County,Minnesota. This type opf surveillance can penetrate any structure and has an electronic harassment feature. It is carried out by a gardening club for men who enjoy getting down on their knees and planting tulips around penises. They have some of the roundest lips in the law enforcement community and they apparently didn't get that way from eating 3 square meals every day. These losers fabricated false information that I was a manufacturer of methamphetamines to justify me being included in this surveillance program.
