Brian Friel expressed a common view in his essay "You Can Manage Your Way Out." I agree with everything that is stated in the essay. I live it. Our refuge complex has higher turnover than the Dairy Queen I worked for when I was in high school. My only question is what can I do personally? If anybody out there is successful in this situation, I want to know what you are doing. The government offers some of the best benefits out there and for years I considered this my dream job. Now it is a nightmare. I want to turn this around and make it work. Call it a pride thing if you will. I am determined to make this work. Somebody find out how people are managing and surviving under poor management.
Thank you,
