    I sent the Hertage Foundation as well as President Bush a copy of my case with Title 18 section 4 as I did Department of Homeland Secretary Janet Napolitano with the same evidence of Terrorism responsible for the total destruction of entire American families. he National Partnership Council and Executive Order 12871 conducted an ethical cleansing.

    Interesting - the link to the Heritage Foundation's critical report is dead, and searching their site does not bring up the document described.
