My case was recently dismissed without a hearing. It was dismissed so quickly that my lawyers summary was faxed on a Friday at 4:30 p.m. and supposedly Judge Ronald Taoka had time to review all the case law that my lawyer cited, prepare his decision, and mail it for receipt on the following Tuesday morning. Twice the canned replys that my lawyer received, did NOT match my case. Judge Taoka needs to be more careful when he cuts and pastes. In an effort to dismiss his workload, I was denied a hearing at the EEOC level and now have to take it to another court. Where are my rights as a US citizen....they were violated by the very system that is entrusted to uphold them.
